The ending scene shows after you defeat Devan Shell. First, Devan Shell turns back into a turtle. Spaz scares Devan Shell toward the time warp. They both chase him. Devan Shell pulls a switch. Just in time, Jazz shoots and blows up the warp. Spaz catches the gem. A rock falls on Devan Shell's head killing him. Then, Jazz marries Eva.
